Project Administrator
POSITION TYPE: FULL/PART-TIME
Job Description:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for ensuring shop area is clean, organized and well maintained
• Responsible for all products meeting required certifications (UL, CE, etc.)
• Responsible for delivering a quality product, on time, within budget
• Project Management
o Timeline Coordination w/Project Engineers
o Project and Resource Schedule
o Making accommodations for project trips (airfare, hotel, rental cars, etc.)
o Logistics (shipping of final product, both domestic and international)
o Initiating invoicing upon completion
o Budget Management/Cost Analysis
• Parts Management
o Maintaining Project Bill of Materials (BOM)
o Sourcing of components (as specified by Project Engineers)
o Filing Purchase Order Requests
o Receiving of parts and stocking to correct location
• Quote Writing w/Project Engineers and Management
• Work in Progress (WIP) Reports (quarterly)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 2-Year College Degree
• Must Provide Own Transportation To and From Work
• Must Submit to Background Check and Drug Test Prior to Hire
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Qualified Applicant Must be Organized and Capable of Multitasking
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Strong Written and Oral Communication
• Previous Experience in Project Management, Budgets and/or Inventory Management a Plus.
