Project Manager

POSITION TYPE:  FULL-TIME

JOB PROFILE:

TAM is looking for a motivated and well-organized individual who can add value and efficiency to our Project teams.  This role requires both office and shop floor work with occastional travel to customer sites.
 

KEY FOCUS AREAS:

• Project Planning & Execution
o Manage multiple projects, simultaneously, from kickoff through final delivery 
o Develop and monitor schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets

• Coordination & Communication
o Collaborate with customers, management, coworkers and other project stakeholders
o Adapt and clearly communicate changes to relevant personnel through the life-cycle of the project

• Risk Management & Problem Solving
o Quickly identify and resolve potential risks, delays, or constraints
o Develop and implement mitigation strategies to reduce risk

• Documentation & Reporting
o Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
o Provide insightful status reports to project stakeholders

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Associate's Degree, or higher, in Engineering, Project Management, or related field of study (or equivalent work experience)
• Previous experience in project managmeent, industrial automation, manufacturing, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
