Sales & Business Development Manager
POSITION TYPE: FULL-TIME
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can bridge the gap between customer engagement and market insight. This individual will not only visit new and potential customers to foster relationships and uncover opportunities, but will also conduct in-depth market research to align external opportunities with our internal capabilities and strategic goals.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
• Customer Development
o Engage directly with prospects and potential partners, building stong relationships and capturing detailed insight into customer needs
• Market Research and Analysis
o Evaluate industry trends, competative landscapes, and market sizing to identify opportunities aligned with TAM's current and future capabilities
• Strategic Alignment
o Connect the dots between TAM's technology and service portfolio, long-term map, and market demands
• Opportunity Evaluation
o Assess new business opportunities for feasibility, fitness, and long-term value creation
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in business development, market research, or strategy consulting, preferably in the high-speed automation industry
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging both customers and internal stakeholders
• Entreprenurial drive and curiosity to explore new opportunities
• Comfortable balancing fieldwork with desk research and strategic analysis
